Our head youth guy and fearless leader is none other than Josh Perks, and the head youth gal is his lovely wife April.
Josh has worked in youth ministry since the age of 18, leading small groups, preaching, doing street work and running youth centres. He is passionate about God, loves Delirious, enjoys Manchester United, still likes the Toronto Maple Leafs and has even been known to play the drums at church. Josh has an earnest desire to see today's youth go deeper with God, and for those who haven't met Him get to see their lives transformed and fulfilled by the love of Jesus.
April started out as a youth worker in a small church in a small town, but has always desired to see God do big things. With an unwavering faith and love for young people, she's encouraging growth in the lives of teenagers. She and Josh have been married for 6 years and have three wonderful sons.
Both Josh and April are looking forward to seeing you on Wednesdays, and are continually praying for the young people of Peterborough to come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour.
